If your blog meets the following requirements, you can then send a request to be added to the Official Pandanda Blogroll by emailing support@pandanda.com with BLOGROLL in the subject line. New Feature - The Bank Vault

New Feature - The Bank Vault May 18th, 2011 Hey everyone! I think one of the most requested features I get is for more storage for your closets. Well, I'm excited to announce that the new Bank Vault has been added!  To get started visit your tree house and click on the new Vault icon just above your tree house lock icon. Use Panda Gold to add Vault storage space and you can start moving items from your closet or tree house storage into the Vault. You can move items in and out of your Vault at any time. On the left side of the Vault you'll see two tabs; one for closet items and one for tree house items. Both clothes and furniture share the same Vault space, but the tabs will help keep your clothes and furniture organized in the Vault and easier to find later. Your Vault is the perfect place to store your winter clothes, help tidy up your closet, or just free up some space for new clothing or furniture. Henry

Hello friends! It’s been a while since our last Meet the Mods Q&A, so let’s take some time to get to know Mod Jinxsey. Do you have any Dragons? • I have three dragons right now. They are: Lady (black), Rexy (gray) and Aly (blue). They are named after real life German Shepherd dogs I know. What is your treehouse like? • I used the new home furnishings to create a fun beach house for my dragon buddies. It's so relaxing there!

What is your favorite Outfit? • The knights and ladies outfits from Questy are so awesome! (And go great with dragons!) What is your favorite Color? • Blue… any shade at all. Which minigame is your favorite? • Dragon's Revenge Would you rather chase Bunnies or hunt Ghosts? • I'd rather chase bunnies so I can have some of my own! (Mine! Mine! Mine!) What was your favorite Festival? • The Winter Festival was so much fun especially since we got the new snowman potion! What is your favorite Quest? • I don't have a favorite really, I love them all! It is always so much fun coming on every day to complete that day's Quests and then anxiously waiting for tomorrow to bring more Quest fun! What is your favorite room in Pandanda? • The Purple Door is such a rocking place and is so much fun to gather your friends there for a dance party! What is the best thing about being a Moderator? • Being able to spend time with players from all over the world! You guys totally rock! What is the hardest thing about being a Moderator? • Seeing new players wandering around begging for help from other players and being ignored. It just breaks my heart. What do you like to do when you are not Moderating? • I still come in to do the Quests and play Dragon's Revenge, when I'm not busy offline doing my chores that is. What makes you smile in Pandanda? • Seeing players having fun and making new friends, especially when that includes new players having fun with more experienced players. Is there anything else you would like to say to Pandanda land? • Please please please do not believe others when they say they can give you a membership if you give them your account password. We have had so many players scammed this way. You risk having your account stolen, your clothing and household goods sold, or even having your account banned because of what the bad player did while online with your account. St. Patrick’s Day Review

It was great to see so many of you dressed in green yesterday for St. Patrick’s Day. I had fun visiting, chatting, and Irish dancing with you, and Raphael enjoyed the chance to spread his wings and fly around in the warmer weather. 

I snapped a few pictures during my visit (I had to snap VERY carefully when I was riding Raphael!) and posted them in an album on Facebook. I’ve included one of the pictures below. You can see the rest of the pictures here, even if you don’t have a Facebook account.
The Player Card Drawing Contest judges are looking at all of the entries that were sent in. We really have a hard job ahead of us to pick one winner, because there are so many awesome drawings! I will announce the Grand Prize winner next Wednesday, right here on my blog.

Super Questers meet DRAGON!!

Hi superquesters!
henry visit pandanda superquesters and he publish post of that and tday he publish a post to all superquesters!
his dragon it's cool!if you don't meet henry you can see his dragon in his blog!Dragon's name is Raphael!

I had a great time partying with all of the Super Questers at Level 40 and above on Saturday! I was especially excited about giving them the first look at the rideable dragon from the Level 50 Quest. I think everyone was a bit nervous at the thought of meeting a huge dragon, but once Raphael appeared, it was clear that he was nothing to be afraid of!


After the Level 40 party was over, I took Raphael around to some of the other servers, to give even more pandas the chance to see him. He was really happy to be able to spead his wings and fly all over Pandanda. In case you missed it on Saturday, I’ve attached a few pictures at the end of this update.


Don’t forget, tomorrow is Mardi Gras Color Day! Wear your purple, green, gold, and yellow colors to celebrate this fun day. Zing’s Joker background, hat, mask, and shirt are perfect for Mardi Gras! You can even use Panda Paint to make your whole panda a Mardi Gras color! Laissez les bon temps rouler - let the good times roll!

Player Card Drawing Contest March 2nd, 2011

Today, I am excited to announce the first contest of 2011 - The Player Card Drawing Contest!


This contest is to design and submit a drawing of a player card background using the template provided. We are leaving the theme open so that you can draw anything you think would make a great background, while still following the rules, of course. We recommend you use the template, as it shows the placement of where the Panda image appears on top of the Player Card and how it will cover the design.


For hand drawn entries we suggest that you first print a copy of the template, and then create your drawing on that. Hand drawn images will need to be scanned into your computer or turned into a digital picture using a digital camera so they can be emailed to us.
Click on the image for the template.




All entries must be emailed to us in the format of a digital image (in one of the following formats: jpg, gif, tiff, bmp, pdf, png). Entries that are not in one of those formats will be disqualified.


Prizes:


There will be one Grand Prize:
The Grand Prize winner will have their design turned into an actual player card background by our graphic artists to be used in the game, and will also receive
•a 3-month Elite Membership Gift Certificate
•5000 Panda Power
•200 Panda Gold
The _really_ cool part is that the winning design will feature the winning Panda's name on the card - which could even make your Panda pretty famous - who knows? The winner will be announced on Wednesday, March 23rd in my blog, and the new Player Card Background will be available for purchase in the next Pandanda Collection clothes catalog.

PURPLE PANDA-monium!!

PPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPurple! I think Purple Day was my favorite Color Day so far! I had so much fun parading around Pandanda, posing for pictures with my pals, playing games, and just hanging out! Thank you to everyone for making it such a perfectly awesome party!

The Pandanda Team is working on uploading the pictures you sent us from the party. I’ll post some here on my blog tomorrow, and put as many as I can in an album on the Pandanda Facebook page. Another Wednesday, another chance to Meet the Mods! Today, it is Moderator Gemmza’s turn to tell us about herself. Get ready, this is a wild interview!! Do you have any Dragons? • Yo I did, but then it was MAD hard tryin’ to take care of them so I put all 3 of them up for adoption. I felt bad. Didn’t want them to starve. :( What is your treehouse like? • I’m lazy. I still got the Christmas stuff up, one day I’ll change it. Mebbe not.

What is your favorite Outfit? • I’m diggin’ my rainbow afro and my rainbow headband. Some of the pandas keep callin’ me a hippie, but it’s all good. :) What is your favorite Color? • Silver…Bling, Bling! Which minigame is your favorite? • Dragon’s Revenge! Would you rather chase Bunnies or hunt Ghosts? • I’m all about the ghosts cuz not only do you hafta catch them but ya gotta make sure the other 2 don’t freeze you! It’s more dangerous cuz it’s not like the bunnies fight back or anything! What was your favorite Festival? • Pumpkin festival. I like the colors, they are mad chill. What is your favorite Quest? • The ones where ya get to help make pie. I’m hoping one day they will turn around and offer a Panda a slice just for helping! What is your favorite room in Pandanda? • Misty Hill. I bet it doesn’t get a lot of love from others, so fine, I’m gonna give it all the love it needs! What is the best thing about being a Moderator? • The best thing is I get to kick it with cool pandas who make me laugh and follow the rules. They make this the best job ever, yo! What is the hardest thing about being a Moderator? • Angry pandas who don’t understand that when there are 5 or more pandas talking to me at once, sometimes it takes me a while to respond. Doesn’t mean that I don’t like you…It just means that everyone needs to chillax. :D What do you like to do when you are not Moderating? • In reality I am a laboratory mouse who is trying to take over the world with my friend who is a bit daft. Nah, I’m not. Or am I? squints What makes you smile in Pandanda? • Polite pandas…They rock my world! Oh and pandas who tell me stories about how we first met. That’s very cool! Meet the Mods - Skippers February 9th, 2011

It’s Wednesday, so it is time once again to learn more about one of the awesome Pandanda Moderators! Today we feature Moderator Skippers, another Mod who has been in Pandanda for quite a while. Make sure to say “Hi” when you see him in Pandanda! Do you have any Dragons? • I have two dragons. Lucky is blue and was the first dragon I adopted. Easter is green and can anyone guess when I got him? What is your treehouse like? • I still have a few winter decorations up and I’m looking forward to changing it up!

What is your favorite Outfit? • It’s hard to say because I really like mixing it up. The monster head was definitely fun to wear! What is your favorite Color? • I like all kinds of colors but blue is my favorite. Which minigame is your favorite? • Dragon’s Treasure! Would you rather chase Bunnies or hunt Ghosts? • The ghosts are fun and are really good at freezing you but if I had to choose, I’d rather chase the bunnies. What was your favorite Festival? • The Winter Festival was really great because of all the cool winter items that helped us stay warm. What is your favorite Quest? • I like collecting purple carrots at Darby Field because you can chase bunnies at the same time. What is your favorite room in Pandanda? • Pawthorne Forest because you can find surprise treasure and gems! What is the best thing about being a Moderator? • Being able to hang out with awesome pandas! What is the hardest thing about being a Moderator? • Meeting and chatting with as many pandas as possible can be a challenge but it’s really great to be able to meet with pandas from all over the world! What do you like to do when you are not Moderating? • I enjoy being outdoors and exploring new places! What makes you smile in Pandanda? • Taking pictures and seeing everyone else smile can be infectious! :o) Is there anything else you would like to say to Pandanda land? • Everyone can still have fun while following the rules. New Year, New Fun! January 3rd, 2011

I hope everyone had a great New Year’s Day. I love the start of a new year - it means another 365 days of fun in Pandanda land! Today is the last day of the Winter Festival, so if you still need to collect stocking stuffers and trade them to Chilly for his prizes, you have until 11:59pm Pandanda Time today. I noticed some pandas were curious why there were oranges as stocking stuffers. It is a tradition in lots of families to put an orange in the toe of each child’s Christmas stocking. It fits perfectly, and makes a tasty and nutritious treat! Have you checked out the Pandanda Calendar for January yet? Zing Ballyhoo returns from his travels with exciting new prizes on the 10th, followed by The March of the Snowmen from the 18th through the 27th. Watch my blog for more information about that in a few weeks! Then it will be time for another Free Elite Member Day on the 29th, when everyone gets to experience what it is like to be an Elite Member for one incredible day! Oh, and for you Elite Questers, make sure to mark your calendar for the Level 20 Elite Party on Saturday the 8th at 11:30am Pandanda Time. And if you are one of the small group of pandas who have reached Level 34 by Saturday, you get to party with me, Henry, at my treehouse during the Level 34 Elite Pre-Party at 11am Pandanda Time.
